About Jordan
I began my onefinestay journey back in 2016 in our NYC office diving head first into the luxury hospitality world after years working in contemporary art galleries. My experience made me a natural fit for the demands and needs of our travel partners and your luxury clientele. Travel has always been a passion of mine and it's thrilling to get to work in this space with you for a living. When I'm not traveling the world or managing the team I like to spend my time exploring Los Angeles, which became my new home last year. I'm addicted to Mexican food and hiking so I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

What's your most memorable travel experience?
The trip that's had the most profound impact on me was without a doubt the time I spent in Tanzania. I lived there for six months in 2010. From the coasts of Zanzibar to safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater the beauty of the land and kindness of the people is unparalleled.
Where is on your bucket list next?
Top of my bucket list is an immersive trip to Japan!

About Kate
I joined onefinestay in 2026 and am based in Colorado. I’m originally from New England, and have had the pleasure of living in numerous states and countries over the years. Somehow, the Rocky Mountains always call me back, so Colorado has become home. I love being outside, exploring new places, and having a good trip to look forward to. I’m also a slightly crazy dog mom, so my dogs tend to be part of most adventures whenever I can make it work!
I’ve spent my career in luxury hospitality, and travel has always been a big part of what I love about the industry. I’m drawn to places that have a real sense of place and make you feel like you’re experiencing a destination rather than just visiting it. That’s one of the things I love about onefinestay. Our homes give you a completely different way to experience a place.
onefinestay homes you’re loving right now?
Elgin Corner I love the location. It feels like you’re tucked into a residential part of London, but you’re still close to everything. The home itself has such a warm, comfortable feel, and I could easily see myself settling in here for a few days while exploring the city.
The Point There is something pretty hard to beat about waking up right on Grace Bay. I love the beautiful beachfront setting and the feeling that you can spend the whole day barefoot, in and out of the water, and never really need to leave the house. It feels like the kind of place where you immediately slow down.
Falconhead Grande This one feels especially close to home for me. I love the Rocky Mountains, and Falconhead Grande has that classic mountain lodge feel with incredible views of Steamboat and the valley. I can picture spending the day outside, coming back to the hot tub, and settling in by the fire for the evening.
What's your most memorable travel experience?
Hiking through the Swiss Alps is one of those trips that has really stayed with me. I loved moving from one small town to the next, discovering little restaurants and cafés along the way, with those incredible sweeping mountain views in every direction. It was the perfect combination of being active, slowing down, and enjoying all the little moments in between. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
Where is on your bucket list next?
Machu Picchu! I’ve always been fascinated by the engineering and ingenuity behind it, and the idea of seeing something so remarkable that was built centuries ago really appeals to me. I’d love to make the journey on foot, take in the landscape along the way, and eventually arrive at the site itself. There’s something special about connecting with a place that has so much history.

About Chloe
I joined onefinestay in 2023 and am based in NYC. I’m originally Parisian, but Brooklyn, New York, is now home. I’ve been passionate about hospitality and travel for as long as I can remember. I started my career at Expedia, managing hotel partnerships across the South of France, before moving to Paris Saint-Germain, where I developed hospitality partnerships. I then joined Accor, helping launch the new ALL loyalty program and develop strategic partnerships.
Outside of travel, I’m passionate about sports (especially PSG!). On weekends, I love cooking, exploring the endless hidden gems of New York City, vintage shopping and spending time with my friends and family.

Elgin Corner I love the residential location while still being so close to the heart of London. The beautiful design, space, and overall feel make this a home that really represents what I love about onefinestay.
Cabuya I had the pleasure of experiencing this villa myself, and it was honestly so hard to leave! It’s the kind of place where you immediately settle into vacation mode. The chef makes the most delicious food!
Mas Santolino Provence is my favorite region in the world, so I have a soft spot for this beautiful traditional Mas. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends, surrounded by the beauty of the South of France.
What's your most memorable travel experience?
Patagonia is definitely my most memorable travel experience. I was completely blown away by the incredible landscapes and the feeling of being so connected to nature. My favorite moments were visiting Torres del Paine, where I was incredibly lucky to see a puma (from far away thankfully!), exploring the Perito Moreno Glacier, and El Chaltén.
Where is on your bucket list next?
Peru! I would love to experience the country’s incredible food, culture, and landscapes.
